Throwback Thursday No. 15

6 Flares 6 Flares ×

I can’t believe we’re on party number fifteen already! The time is just flying by. There were so many great links last week that I decided to save some for a separate post next week. In addition to next week’s features, I’ll also be doing costume features, just in time for Halloween! YAY! We’ve had some really cute ones shared so far, so hurry and link yours up! Old posts welcome as always.

Also, I love to read each post linked up and leave comments on at least one from each person. But now that the party is growing, I'm finding it hard to do by the time the next party rolls around {as you may have noticed}. And as much as I want to keep that up, I am finally throwing in the towel and accepting the fact that I just can't do it. But please know that I appreciate each and every one of you! You are all awesome. For real. I will still visit and do my best to leave you some love when I can. :)

Check out the features from last week’s party!

Here are some of my favorites:1. Charming Fall Banner by Glamorous, Affordable Life: This adorable Fall banner kept catching my eye and I just love it! The colors look so pretty up against the white mantel.

2. Felt Flower Wreath by The Thinking Closet: This wreath is too cute! The red is super pretty and she even made some hair accessories out of the flowers while she was at it. :) 3. Baby Blankets and a Binding by Nap time Creations: These are the most gorgeous blankets in the history of the world. Ever. They have a faux chenille look and I can’t wait to get my hands on some fabric to try one of my own. My daughter WILL have one of these!

4. Owl Hooded Towels by Crazy Little Projects: This is the cutest little towel! And whooooo doesn’t love owls? Not only is there a tutorial for you to make one of your own, but you can also find tutorials for a bunch of different styles as well! Angry Birds anyone?

And here is your favorite:Whopper Cookie Bars by Shugary Sweets: You guys are bad for my waistline! Making me feature such yummy treats… how can I resist these? It’s okay though, because apparently you can’t resist them either since it’s the most viewed link of the week! They look absolutely scrumptious. :)

If you were featured today, here’s your button! Wahoo!

Now on to the party!

While you’re linking up your latest and greatest, feel free to link up an oldie but goodie too! Let’s keep the old ideas out there by continuing to share them!

A few things before adding your link:

  1. Link up any DIY, craft, recipe, or other creative idea. OLD AND NEW!!
  2. Link up your OWN project. Use the link to your actual post, not your homepage.
  3. Please no Etsy shops, giveaways, or link parties.
  4. Grab a button {or use a text link} and link back to me somewhere on your blog so others can join the party! Don’t worry about adding a link back in your old posts, as long as it’s in new posts or somewhere on your blog, I’m happy!

And, of course, I wouldn’t hate it if you decided to follow along with me in some way. :)

I love to feature links on Facebook throughout the week as well, so be sure to follow along to see if your project gets a shout out!

PLEASE be sure to visit another link or two! I know we don’t always have time to check out other links, but it’s always very much appreciated!

Thanks for hosting another great link party! And, not commenting on each & every link is perfectly understandable - that must take a lot of time. I hope you are having a wonderful week :)

Thank you so much, Nicole! That makes me feel better :) It really does take a lot of time, I don't know how a lot of bloggers do it! Thanks so much for linking up :)

Hey girlie I totally understand...it takes so much time to get to every link and I feel bad when I just can't do it. But remember blogging is a hobby and we have families that need our time more:-) Thank you so much for the fun party each week!!

    • Britni says:

Thanks, Jocelyn! I feel so bad too when I don't get to every link, but you are exactly right. I feel even worse when I stay up too late visiting links, and then my daughter has a tired grumpy mommy the next day! Thanks so much for the support and for linking up too :)

  6. Tuula says:

That's perfectly understandable Britni. It must take a lot of time to visit each link and comment. We bloggers need to keep a balance between our blogging lives and our family lives.
Thanks so much for hosting each week!
    Tuula :)

Thanks so much for the sweet comment, Tuula! I do hate not being able to get to each link, but it really does take a lot of time.
