I have an abundance of cuteness to share with you today!! FREE printable Valentines? Check. A super cute garland to surprise your kiddo with? Check. Adorable photo minis? Check. Cute, cute, cute!!
Okay first, the ADORABLE printable Free Valentines from Life-n-Reflection. Yes! They’re FREE!! All you have to do is download them here, print, cut, and write a little something special on the back! They would be great for kids to pass around at school, or for you to give to your special little Valentines!
I love them so much that I had to find another use for them. So I decided to turn them into a garland to hang in Miss M’s room on Valentine’s Day. But these could really be used any time of year because they aren’t overly Valentine’s Day-y! Totally a word. They would make cute lunchbox notes too!
Anyway, there are nine Valentines on a sheet, with three different designs, so I only had to print one sheet to make my garland. And it only took a few minutes to make this special Valentine’s Day surprise! Just clip them on some twine with a few clothespins and you’re all set!!
And don’t forget the cute, cute, cute, Cupid Photo Minis! Oh my gosh. ADORABLE! I’m planning to take some fun pictures of my little one on Valentine’s Day, and stick them in these photo minis. And I can’t wait! But until then, my lovely friend Chelsea of Making Home Base, let me use the photos she recently took of her little girl. Isn’t her baby oh so sweet?? I could just eat her up!! Chelsea also shares her Photo Tips and Tricks For Moms With Babies to help you take photos like these!!
The Cupid Photo Minis are 2x3 wallet psd files, so they are PERFECT for Project Life albums {I just got one, so excited!}. You can easily print them at home or an online printer. And they are compatible with Photoshop, Elements, and Gimp.
I think this little TV mini is my favorite! I went with a little split screen action to squeeze in as much cuteness as possible!
I had way too much fun working with these goodies from Life-n-Reflection, and you can too! Just go here for the FREE Valentines. And here for the Cupid Photo Minis.
Cute printables, cute photo minis, and a cute little baby to top it all off!! Is your heart feeling all warm and fuzzy inside?? I hope so!!

Such a quick and easy project for the little ones! And I may or may not enjoy playing with them too.
You can make a bunch of these pretty quickly, especially if you make your husband stuff them. It only takes a bit longer if you decide you don’t like his stuffing job and have to redo them. And, it’s a great way to use up some of those socks that are missing their other half. Just make sure to use clean socks, no one wants to play with a stinky monster!
Can you believe “M” would not put this thing down? Well except to lay on it like it’s a neck pillow. I figured she would take one look at it and hand it to the dog, thinking it was a chew toy {smaller socks look less like chew toys}. Instead, she carried it around like a football all day while periodically stopping to give it cuddles and kisses. It’s also fun to play catch with sometimes.
Too cute, right? Just wait until you make one with a smaller sock. It's even cuter!
These headbands are super quick and easy to make. Not to mention the fact that you can use them again when the 4th of July rolls around. They are interchangeable so you can just pop one off and stick another one on. Your kiddo can’t outgrow it because you can just make a bigger band once it starts getting a little too tight. ;)
If I had invested more time in this project, I would have sewn everything to make it more durable. But since this is something she won’t wear often, hot glue did the trick!
2. Flip them over and cut strips of felt to fit down the center. Cut small squares for the single stars.
3. Glue the strips down the center making sure they are tight so there are no spaces between the stars. I held them together and put a little glue down the center in sections, and pressed the felt down as I went.
4. Glue Velcro dots to each end of your felt on all of your strips. Glue a dot to the center of the felt on your single stars as well. Again, be careful. Pretty please.
5. Cut a piece of elastic to fit around your child’s head. I just wrapped a piece around her noggin and cut where the end met the elastic
9. Flip it over.
12. Glue Velcro dots
13. Slide your elastic back through the tubes. Overlap the elastic ends and glue in place. Slide one tube over that seam to cover it up. Then stick one end of your stars to that tube. Slide the other tube down the elastic to meet the other end of your stars.
She looks a little like the Statue of Liberty from certain angles. A much cuter version, of course!
These are made using
There are so many different options with this project! You can use different plastic {clear, white, or frosted}, different paint colors, and different necklace chains {or key chains}. You can do handprints too!
2. Cut out the footprint leaving a small border around the edges. Make sure to round the edges because if you leave any square points, they will be very sharp once you bake it. Also be sure to leave a little more room along the top of the toes so you can punch a hole for the jump ring.
3. Punch a hole {1/8” size} above the toes at the center of the foot. Don’t forget this step or it’s a fail! You can’t punch the hole after it’s baked.
4. Now you’re ready to bake! Follow the directions on your
5. Put a layer of
6. Almost done! Use your jewelry pliers to open a jump ring and put it through the hole you punched above the toes. Put it on the necklace and close the ring with your pliers.
Ta-da!
Now admire your work and don’t feel bad when you decide to keep it for yourself. Guilty! Make an extra one… just in case. ;)
